A stand is a large cost for a few days. Video makes those days work longer: clips for social media during the show, a recap for the sales team and material for next year's invitation.

Event videographer prices in Dubai
An event videographer costs from AED 500 per hour when you book a full day of 8 hours. Shorter bookings cost more per hour, because travel and setup take the same time for a short event; the minimum booking is 2 hours.
Rates are per videographer and cover filming on site. We recommend at least 2 videographers for an event: one stays with the stage or the main action, the other films guests, details and reactions. A crew of 3 or more videographers works with a production coordinator, AED 3,500 per day.
Editing is quoted separately: it depends on how complex the edit is and how many finished videos you need. For interviews and vox pops we add a sound recordist with all the equipment, AED 2,500 per day. An editor working on site for same-day films costs AED 3,500 per day (up to 8 hours).

Each hour after the eighth is AED 500. Events of several days are quoted individually.

A trade show is crowded, loud and short. We agree a shot list before the doors open, so the videographer is at the stand when it matters:
- The stand before opening: design, branding and products without the crowd.
- Product demos and close-ups that work as separate videos.
- Interviews with your team, clients and visitors.
- Talks, launches and signings on the stand or on the show's stage.
- The atmosphere of the show: the halls, the crowd and the meetings.
- Photos of the stand, the team and key visitors.
Videos for the show days and after
- Daily clips for LinkedIn and Instagram while the show is running.
- A stand film of 60–90 seconds for the website and the sales team.
- Product demo videos you can send to clients who did not come.
- Short testimonials recorded at the stand.
- A recap for the internal report and next year's invitation.
If clips must be online within hours, an editor works on site, next to the stand.

Videographer for GITEX Global 2026
GITEX Global 2026 takes place on 7–11 December 2026 and, for the first time, at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai instead of Dubai World Trade Centre. A new venue means new halls, new access routes and new loading rules, so plan the filming earlier than in previous years.
Our crew filmed at GITEX Global in 2023 and 2025 and worked at Dubai Exhibition Centre during Expo 2020 Dubai. Book the days of your launches, talks and important meetings first; the week of the show is the busiest of the season for video crews.
Planning the shoot with your stand team
Send us the stand design, the schedule of demos and talks, and the names of the people to interview. The quietest time for product shots is before the doors open; the best time for atmosphere is the middle of the day.
Exhibitors normally register their crew with the organiser in advance. Tell us the deadline and we send the names and the equipment list.

How much does a videographer for an exhibition cost?
