A corporate event is filmed for two audiences: the people in the room, and the clients, partners and candidates who see the film later. Before the event we agree what is internal, what is public and what must stay off camera.

Event videographer prices in Dubai
An event videographer costs from AED 500 per hour when you book a full day of 8 hours. Shorter bookings cost more per hour, because travel and setup take the same time for a short event; the minimum booking is 2 hours.
Rates are per videographer and cover filming on site. We recommend at least 2 videographers for an event: one stays with the stage or the main action, the other films guests, details and reactions. A crew of 3 or more videographers works with a production coordinator, AED 3,500 per day.
Editing is quoted separately: it depends on how complex the edit is and how many finished videos you need. For interviews and vox pops we add a sound recordist with all the equipment, AED 2,500 per day. An editor working on site for same-day films costs AED 3,500 per day (up to 8 hours).

Each hour after the eighth is AED 500. Events of several days are quoted individually.

An internal film, a public film or both
An internal film can be longer, can show inside jokes and can name people and teams. A public film is short, needs context for strangers and must be cleared for publishing.
If you need both, say so before the event: it changes what the videographers look for. Tell us also which screens, documents and people must stay out of the frame. It is far easier to avoid a shot than to blur it in every version.

How much does corporate event videography cost in Dubai?
A videographer costs from AED 500 per hour when booked for a full day of 8 hours; shorter bookings cost more per hour and the minimum booking is 2 hours. We recommend at least two videographers. Editing is quoted separately, by the number and complexity of the videos.
Can one crew film and photograph the event?
Yes. Our event photographer works alongside the videographers, so positions are agreed in advance and nobody blocks anybody's shot.
Can part of the event stay private?
Yes. Tell us which sessions, screens and people must not be filmed. We can also make two versions: a longer film for employees and a short public one.
Can you show a film on the screen the same evening?
Yes, if it is planned in advance. An editor works on site for AED 3,500 per day (up to 8 hours) and finishes the film before the closing.
Do you record interviews with employees and guests?
Yes. For interviews and vox pops we add a sound recordist with all the equipment, for AED 2,500 per day, so the answers are clear even in a noisy hall.
How early should we book?
As soon as the date and the venue are fixed. October to March is the busiest season for events in the UAE.
